Before You Apply

For new applications take a photograph on your device (with a camera or connected webcam), or use an existing digital photograph saved on your device. If you take a photograph using your device, your web browser will prompt you to ‘allow access to your camera’ when needed.

Once you have completed your application you will receive an email with a link to create an account. Use your email address and create a password; we’ll confirm the status of your application - if someone is helping you to complete the application, you may use their email address if they agree.

Important to note: the email address must be unique and cannot be duplicated within the Concessionary Bus Pass system.
